Хто купив три десятки державних спиртзаводів? 29.12.2021In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 28, 2010, No. 672 On establishment of the State enterprise of alcohol and alcoholic beverage industry (Concern “UKRSPYRT”), the State-Owned Enterprise “UKRSPYRT” (SOE “UKRSPYRT”) was established on the basis of the property of State Concern of alcohol and alcoholic beverage industry (concern “UKRSPYRT”), state enterprises an associations of the alcohol and alcoholic beverage industry managed by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
The reorganization of the state enterprises and associations of the alcohol and alcoholic beverage industry takes place through their accession to the State-Owned Enterprise “UKRSPYRT”, or through the allotment of the property used for manufacture of the excisable products to the State-Owned Enterprise “UKRSPYRT”.
